CCC, also known as Course on Computer Concepts, is a basic computer course offered by NIELIT. NIELIT is a government platform providing various courses in Electronics and Information Technology. These courses cover both theory and hands-on practical learning. In a NIELIT CCC course, one can study the basic components of the computer and how to use basic computer applications. The CCC course syllabus covers basic computer concepts, including operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, internet usage, email, and basic computer security. The total duration of the course is 80 Hours, consisting of 30 Hours of theory and 60 hours of Practical. The course is ideally a two-week intensive course. About the CCC Course The NIELIT CCC Course is aimed at providing a basic level of IT literacy to individuals from various backgrounds. CCC Course Eligibility Candidates can appear for the CCC Course exam via 3 different modes. CCC Course eligibility for all of the 3 modes is mentioned below: • Candidates who are sponsored by NIELIT-approved institutes that are permitted to conduct CCC courses can apply irrespective of any academic requirements. • Candidates who are sponsored by government schools and colleges with a unique identification number from NIELIT for conducting CCC courses can apply irrespective of any academic requirements. • Direct applicants – who are not sponsored by any government-recognized college or school can also apply to CCC courses irrespective of any academic requirements. NIELIT CCC Course Admission Process There are no admission criteria to pursue a CCC course from NIELIT. Anyone can pursue a CCC course. They just need to fill up the online CCC exam form and pass the exam to get the CCC certificate. NIELIT CCC Course Application Forms 2024 Students cannot appear for the CCC exam if they do not fill up the online exam form. The documents required while filling up the CCC exam form are: • Personal mobile number and Email ID • Scanned passport-sized photographs • Scanned copy of the mark sheets • Left thumb impression as per the recommended format CCC Exam Schedule 2024 The CCC exam is conducted by NIELIT every month.
